The Office of Catechesis, with locations in Fort Wayne and South Bend, serves the diocese in all areas of catechetics. Both parish programs and Catholic schools receive direction and opportunities for ongoing faith formation. Adult formation provides courses for parishes as well as sponsoring the two year lay ministry program, Education for Ministry. The office oversees the catechetical component of the RCIA. Information for parishes regarding catechesis for persons with disabilities is available. The Cathedral Bookstore is located in Fort Wayne.

The Office of Youth Ministry exists to serve parishes in developing and strengthening youth ministry programs — built on prayer, the sacraments, catechesis, community and service — with the goal of leading teens to know, love and serve Christ and His church. This office also offers events including the Confirmation Rally, Faithfest, XLT and retreats to bring teens of the diocese together to experience the universal church and celebrate our Catholic faith.
