We will no longer offer on-line registration for our programs. In order to register for any of our programs, you must send your payment of $15.00 for each program you are attending to: Office of Worship Diocese of Fort Wayne-South Bend P.O. Box 390 Fort Wayne, IN 46801 Make your check or money order payable to: Office of Worship - Diocese of Fort Wayne-South Bend. + There is NO registration at the door for our programs. + We cannot bill your parish for any programs. + All registrations must be paid in advance and received at our office on the Wednesday before the program. + You cannot register over the phone for our programs, you must mail your registration in. + Afternoons of Reflection are free, but you still must pre-register.
