The Center provides shelter and meals for up to 200 homeless individuals and families. Catholic parishes and the diocese, through the Annual Bishop's Appeal, have been instrumental in supporting  the Center through financial contributions and volunteerism.

A free medical clinic serving the low income, uninsured population of northeast Indiana since April 14, 2009. An outreach to Hispanic patients in the surrounding neighborhood yet open to anyone that meets the guidelines of 200% or less of the poverty level and no insurance.

Confraternity of Penitents International Headquarters

Begun in 1994, refounded in 2003, the Confraternity consists of married and single men and women living in their own homes under a modern adaptation of the original Rule of LIfe given by St. Francis of Assisi to the lay people of his time. Members participate in spiritual and corporal works of mercy, spiritual instruction and evangelization. The Confraternity of Penitents Holy Angels online gift shop is at the same address. Father Francis Chukwuma serves as Visitor, under assignment from Bishop Rhoades.

The St. Vincent de Paul Society is a 180 year-old association of Catholic lay men and women devoted to the spiritual growth of its members and personal service to the poor. The Fort Wayne District incorporate 22 conferences representing 24 parishes in six NE Indiana counties. The FW District Council operates the downtown Fort Wayne Thrift store and the Care Van, a service that provides low cost transportation to medical appointments.

The Thrift Store is Fort Wayne's center for collection and sales of working appliances, clean furniture, clothing and household goods and free distribution of those items to the poor. Vincentians build bunk beds and dressers that are sold at the store. For guidance in finding a conference near you call the store. Volunteers are always appreciated.

The St. Vincent de Paul Society of St. Joseph County is an association of Catholic lay men and women devoted to the spiritual growth of its members and person to person service with the poor. The St. Joseph Country District incorporates 19 conferences, representing 23 Catholic parishes, Marian and St. Joseph High Schools and Holy Cross College. SVDP operates emergency programs for food, clothing and furniture and financial assistance. In addition they offer financial counseling, job search and resume building, a Micro-Loan program, Bridges Out of Poverty "Getting Ahead” classes, and financial literacy courses.

Free pregnancy tests, ultrasounds and crisis pregnancy advocacy with respect  for the dignity of the life of mother and child. Post-abortion care. Provides maternity clothes; baby clothes and supplies, and referrals to various community agencies. School abstinence program available. All services are free.  Also provide goal setting program and parenting classes.
