Pro-Life Activities The Office of Family Life coordinates various pro-life projects in the diocese. Among them are the activities of Respect Life Month every October (parish materials, a prayer service at the South Bend abortion facility, a Red Mass for the legal profession, etc.); Vigil Masses at both Cathedrals on the evening before the Roe v. Wade anniversary, the diocesan legislative action network, and other events and activities geared towards Catholic youth and laity.
