The
Catholic Communications Office for the Diocese of Fort
Wayne-South
Bend is responsible for spreading the Good News of
Jesus Christ to Catholics, the surrounding community, and
the secular media. The Communications Office has many functions,
including acting as a media liaison for Bishop John D'Arcy. Here
is an idea of what we do at the Catholic Communications
Office.

Live
Sunday TV Mass:
We coordinate and produce two live Sunday morning
TV Masses broadcast in Fort Wayne on NBC affiliate Indiana's News Center Channel 33 and in South Bend on NBC affiliate WNDU-TV,
Channel
16. Both Masses air at 10:30 a.m. The TV Mass is 30
minutes long and features a different celebrant each week.

Catholic
Comment Radio Program:
This 30-minute interview format radio show
airs every Sunday morning and is hosted by Vince LaBarbera. Catholic
Comment can be heard in Fort Wayne on Sunday mornings
on WOWO, 1190 AM at 7:05 a.m. and in South Bend on
WSBT, 960 AM at 7:30 AM.
Radio Rosary:
The Radio Rosary can be heard Monday through Friday at 11 a.m. and on Saturday and Sunday at 7:30 a.m. in Fort Wayne on Redeemer Radio channel 1450 AM.
